What we collect
Your email address (for your receipt and download link), the PDF you upload, and the files we generate from it (preview images and the Word document).
How long we keep it
Uploaded and generated files are deleted automatically 3 days after your conversion completes. Basic order records (email, filename, page count, amount paid) are kept for accounting.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never use your documents to train anything, and never read your documents beyond what the automated conversion requires.
Where your data lives
Files are stored with our hosting provider (Supabase). Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider — your card details never touch our servers.
Download and resume links
The download link we email you (and the resume entry saved in your browser) gives access to your converted document to anyone who holds it while the file is stored. Treat the link like the document itself, and avoid leaving it open on shared computers.
