Failed conversions
If a paid conversion fails and retrying does not fix it, you get your money back — no questions asked.
Unusable output
If the Word file is materially unusable (far below what the free sample showed), email us within 7 days of your order with the email address you used, and we will refund you or re-run the conversion.
How refunds are paid
